I believe every student deserves the opportunity to succeed in college with the right guidance, support, and encouragement. As a college success support consultant, I partner with students & families to help students navigate the academic, personal, & life challenges that can impact their college experience.

My approach is student-centered & focused on creating individualized strategies that promote confidence, resilience, & long-term success. Whether a student is transitioning into college, facing academic or personal obstacles, or working toward graduation, I provide practical support, accountability, & personalized planning every step of the way.

As a First Generation college graduate (Wheelock College, B.A, Class of 2010), I didn’t have a full hands on support experience. Both of my parents barely made high school and my mother immigrated from the Dominican Republic. Their focus was bringing us up with food on the table. The focus to figure out finances and advocacy fell to me. I did not always feel empowered, but I did build resilience through trying to figure out the college system.

Now, after attaining 2 degrees (Salem State University, M.Ed, Class of 2012), my goal is to empower students to develop the skills, resources, and confidence they need to thrive in and around my community—not just in college, but beyond. Together, we create a clear path forward that helps students reach their goals and realize their full potential.
